COMMUNITY AND MENTORING
Flourish to Nourish
MATI-X is committed to building a strong community and providing mentorship to individuals aged 18 and above, as well as those transitioning out of the foster care system. Our Flourish to Nourish program focuses on sourcing nutritionally valued food and distributing it to our community partners. Through this, we aim to minimize waste by collecting, sorting, and delivering food, while composting what cannot be distributed.
Entrepreneurial Mentorship
We are dedicated to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit by providing mentorship and guidance to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. Our 12-week cohort equips students with essential business knowledge and offers a platform to launch and run their businesses. Participants receive a MATI-X Leadership Certification and a Dallas City Green Business Certification.
Sustainable Business Workshops
Our sustainable business workshops are designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge required for sustainable business ownership. Through interactive sessions, we focus on fostering growth, sustainability, and success in the business ventures of our community members.
